I met Julie back in 1997 at CCSU. We were suite mates and at the time our boyfriends were friends. Julie is a hairdresser and own her own salon Beautique in Rocky Hill. I can remember in college her cutting my hair in the bathroom while I was making some type of frozen drink with the blender!
