Eden's First Photo Shoot!

At 3 months old Eden had her first experience in a photography studio. All in all she did very well. She actually popped her head up for a couple shots and surprised us. Hope you had a good time Eden. - nikki

Lily Turns 6 months!

I am having so much fun doing children portraits! I absolutely cannot get enough! You never know what they are going to say or do. Lily came in last week for her 6 month portrait. She was laughing and smiling up a storm. I cannot wait to see what her parents favorites are. - nikki

Nolan Turns 4 Months!

Lats month... the end of September to be more exact my good friend Julie, her husband Colin and the kids all went to Lyman's Orchards for Nolan's 4 month photo. As always I take many photos of both Nolan and Kaytlin. Kaytlin is now about 22 months and she is talking up a storm. All she wanted to do is see the ducks. Nolan on the other had could care less. I look forward to seeing how much they both change over the next couple of months and of course years.

Katie & Paige Return!

A couple of years ago I photographed these sisters. Just last week I had the pleasure of photographing them again! It was so exciting for me to see how big the have gotten. We decided to go to Elizabeth Park in West Hartford for some fall fun in the leaves. As you can see the two were having fun. Kids will be kids!

Ritsa & Jay Tied The Knot!

October 15, 2006 I had the pleasure of photographing Ritsa & Jay's wedding. About a month ago we had met for their engagement session. Now it was time for the wedding. The ceremony was at St. Georges in Hartford. It was a Greek ceremony, those are some of the most beautiful ceremonies. I always enjoy photographing a Greek wedding from the ceremony to the reception you never know what may happen! The day went smooth and we lucked out with the weather and the sunset, Thanks guys for letting me part of your special day! -nikki

Congrats Debbie & John!

On October 14th John & Debbie tied the knot! The ceremony was held at the Elizabeth Chapel at the IOL in Hartford. We travel many different places photos and my favorite by far was Trinity College. The architecture was absolutely amazing. I hope that I will get to go back there soon!

Nikki & Danny are Married!

On Friday October the 13th Nikki & Danny got married at the Higganum Congregational Church. Before the ceremony I had a wonderful opportunity to go with Nikki and the girls to the Goodspeed Opera House Pier and take some photos. The lighting was beautiful as you can see. Due to the time of the sunset we did our post ceremony photos inside. The day went well and we had a blast at the reception which was held in the Wagon Room at the Aqua Turf.

Declan's First Photo Shoot!

I recently had a photo shoot with Declan and his mom. Declan will be a year old in December. It was his first photo shoot! He did great! We had some good cries as you can tell and a few screams but after a couple of minutes Declan was fine.

Ritsa & Jason are getting married!

On October 15th Ritsa & Jay will be tying the knot! We recently went to Wickham Park in Manchester for their engagement photos. We had such a blast. We all could not stop laughing. I found out that Jay proposed to Ritsa under the tree at Wickham Park in December 05. The same tree the photo below was taken under. I am looking forward to their wedding which is next week!

Nolan is 3 Months!

My best friend Julie, her son turned 3 months in September. Sorry for the late post. Here are my two favorites from the sitting. This week we are going to lymans orchards for his 4 month picture. I can't believe how much he is changing.

Erie & Sean Are Married!

As you all know Erie is now married to Sean. They had their reception at Mahans in Wolcott. What a fairy tale day for me. I have been hearing about this wedding for almost 2 years now and the day finally came. I could not stop crying tears of joy all day. Congrats to the two of you and best of luck!

Erie is getting married!

My assistant Erika is getting married. Erie and I have been working and become friends over the last 5 years. For her engagement pictures we went for a day to Gilette's Castle and the pier at the Goodspeed Opera House. We had so much fun and creativity. Below are a few from her session.

Well Erie now instead of carrying another wedding dress train you will be carrying your own. Her wedding is for Sept 23 and I cannot wait!

Fun With Meg & Ryan!

A coulpe of weeks ago I had a portrait session with a brother and sister, Meg & Ryan. We had so much fun. The best was capturing that natural smile of both of them. As we all know it can be hard at times to do. At the end of the photo shoot Meg decided to wear her Cinderella dress and be a princess. Like all little girls....she wants to be a princess.

In the month of October I am running a family portrait special. In conjunction with PPA for every family portrait session I shoot, I will donate $25.00 to Operation Smiles. This is an organization for children that need surgeries but their families cannot afford. I will also be running a special on the sitting fees weekdays only.

On Location $105 (up to 4 people)

Maria & Joe Get Engaged!

It is such an honor to always photograph someone I went to high school with. I have know Joe for many years now and have the privilege to photograph his wedding in April 2007. We went to Elizabeth Park in West Hartford for an evening and shot some great photos. I am looking forward to their wedding come April. Congrats Joe and Maria! And thanks for letting me a part of your special day!

Madeline & Sophia

My friend Julie brought in her nieces for some portraits. Madeline who is 4 and Sophia is 1 1/2. What a session! Madeline does not look 4 she looks so much older and sophisticated. Who heard of a sophisticated 4 year old? We all had a great time and got some wonderful shots.

What a day for pictures! I had the best time taking photos with these two. Krystin and Dan thanks for being so easy. Thank your wedding party also for being so corporative. It had to be almost on the hottest wedding days this season yet. It was the start of the heat wave that blew threw new england and these two were troopers. Anything for that photo I always say. I got some great shoots at the Aqua Turf on their incredible grounds. It also helped that we had so much time. Everything went smooth as glass.
